The Delegate Experience Is:
Foundational Week
The start of something new
Prior to the first case, delegates will participate in an intensive bootcamp, where they will gain hands-on experience in case methodology, research and analysis, strategy, presentation skills, and more. These workshops, led by industry professionals, combined with social events, will equip the team to perform at their best. The bootcamp finishes with a trial case competition, judged by a company partner and ELITESEAT executives, officially launching the season.
Case Studies
Applying our knowledge
Each case begins with a briefing session where the partner presents a real-world challenge their company is currently facing, along with any necessary resources and information for the delegates. Over the course of two weeks, delegates collaborate with their team, with a mid-point check-in meeting to receive preliminary feedback from the partner. At the end of the two weeks, each team presents their solution, and the partners select a winner to receive a monetary or experience-based award.

Learning
Delegates will participate in a series of exclusive workshops led by industry professionals, both during the foundational week and throughout the season. With only 12 ELITESEAT delegates attending, these workshops offer a highly personalized learning experience. Our partners will cover a wide range of topics, from developing a demographic profile to building a personal brand, focusing on essential skills and etiquette not typically taught in the classroom.
